Education And Countermeasures In The Pupils' Parents

Family is the starting point in life, family education is the starting point of education, andfamily education lays the foundation for a child’s development. Parents are the executors offamily education and parental education determines the quality of family education. Thefundamental way to improve family education is to raise the level of parental education.To improve the education quality of the parents, there are many aspects and ideas. On theone hand, parents will need to actively pursue personal growth; on the other hand, communitiesneed to provide the necessary help and support for parents to be able to grow.Parental education is a program which systematically helps and supports parental growth.As the parents obtain more information, parents will naturally improve their educational ability.The growth of the parents will also encourage parents to have a happy life with harmoniousfamily relationships. The family is the basic unit of society; a harmonious family relationshipwill contribute to the development of a harmonious society.Therefore, parental education is a matter of personal happiness, harmonious family relations,and an important part of a child’s foundation.In this study through documentary, interview and questionnaire survey methods, Linyielementary and Linyi middle schools parental education knowledge was analyzed.Through analysis, we found some problems in the development of parental education, suchas, holding activities always by the same organization, lacking of impetus for parental education.Not having many parental education options, lacking financial support and finally lackinginstitutional guarantees.It is widely believed that we can solve these problems through exercising initiatives tofurther increase parental self-growth, encouraging multiple subjects to be involved in parentaleducation, adopting various forms of parental education and also broadening parental educationrecourses.This would also include raising funds from multiple channels while creating anunderstanding of education within the family that would propose countermeasures for parentaleducation in Linyi.These solutions are according to the author’s research, experience and implementation ofparental education. The author hopes this research can provide some reference for individualgrowth and can also provide some reference for institutions and individuals who work on thedevelopment of parental education, so that we can establish a scientific, efficient and strongoperability of the parental education system here in Linyi.
