In present society, innovation has become the most critical factor in the social and economic development, innovation also is improved to strategic height. It is the most important taskfor universities to train a large number of innovative capacity innovative talents. In this situation, how to effectively improve students’ innovative ability has become an urgent for government and university to solve it quickly. College Students’ Creativity is a complex systems engineering, especially the innovative ability of Economics and Management who to be effect by the disciplines conditions, it is difficult to grasp the law of them. This paper aims to enhance students’ innovative ability regular, find the way of economics and Management Students’ a suitable mode of cultivating creativity, in order to guide the university creative education.This article expound the meaning of creative thinking, innovation, creativity, innovationpsychological as well as innovative education in great length, on the basis of this, it also explain innovative ability factors, further defined the concept of College Students’ Creativity. In order to learn more from international experience, this article study of the logos and practices, indetail, of the developed countries represented by institutions of higher learning in the United States, the United Kingdom, whose method in cultivation of students’ innovative ability is revolution. On the use of regression analysis on the basis of quantitative analysis of the factors thataffect the cultivation of creative ability mode.
