Teaching practice ability is the teacher who take part in the teaching practice activities,should have a basic teaching skills,and based on the knowledge of education and teaching theory,combined with the teaching subject then formed the ability of analyzing and grasping the teaching materials,optimizing teaching design,improving teaching management and controlling effectiveness,having teaching evaluation and reflection continuous and so on.Teachers' work is a very practical job that requires solid practical literacy and superb practical skills.However,many new teachers because of the lack of practical knowledge and technical ability that cannot be well qualified for teaching work in the actual teaching.Therefore,to cultivate the practical ability of teachers need to pay attention from the undergraduate stage."Double-tutor+" teaching practice ability cultivating model is based on the "western agriculture and animal husbandry area's outstanding primary school teacher cultivating project" proposed innovative cultivating mode,which is school tutor,outside tutor,and tutor assistant combination together to participate in undergraduate normal students' teaching practice ability cultivating process.Through the questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper takes the students of primary education in 2013 of Qinghai normal university as the research object,studied from five dimensions of the cultivating mode.They are about the students' understanding of the project and implementation of the cultivating mode,the guidance of the "Double-tutors+",the initiative and reflection of students' participation,the communication of the project subjects and the analysis of their management and evaluation.The results show that the students' recognition degree of the cultivating mode is high,and the students have achieved certain achievements in teaching practice ability.However,there are still some defects in language expression ability,classroomteaching management and implementation ability,teaching research ability and teaching innovation ability;The results about the guidance of the "Double-tutor+" on the students,first in the guidance of the content,they are focused more on students' teaching skills,classroom management,ideological education and career guidance these four areas,but the guidance of academic research for them is relatively less.In the guiding role,the tutor assistant played the most role,the school tutor second,the outside tutor's guiding role need to be strengthened.In the quality of guidance,the school tutor and tutor assistant guidance quality is relatively high,but the overall quality of guidance need to be improved;the initiative of some students to participate in the project is higher,but the overall situation is not ideal.Students have a high degree awareness of the importance of reflection,but many people are not implemented in practice;On the communication of the main project,the communication mode is wide and makes full use of the advantages of the Internet,but the communication mainly stays in the high-level leaderships' docking,and there is less communication between the two correspondence tutors,communication of the students and "Double-tutor+" also need to be strengthened;There is lack of specification system to manage and evaluate the "Double-tutor +".The study suggests that in the future cultivating we need to clarify the cultivating objectives further,increase the proportion of practice,improve the awareness and the ability of "Double-tutor +" guidance,improve students' initiative and reflection ability,construct the communication mechanism which based on teachers' development community,improve the management system,and make the full use of learning community and the Internet continuously.
