China’s higher education in a specific historical period of development, its administrativemanagement tools play an important role irreplaceable, and brought a rapid breakthrough forthe development of higher education, however, the administration and the universitymanagement is also gradually showing its contrary to the first development of the drawbacksof Higher Education, the impact of university academic freedom, the right of self-management play, further exacerbating the trend of higher education administration andultravires management. Therefore, we must give adequate attention to the factors of itsnegative effects, and to develop effective coping strategies. Compared with the same period ofthe foreign universities university mission, and then conduct a feasibility analysis of China’scolleges and universities to the Chief of the problem.
