China’s higher education in a specific historical period of development, its administrativemanagement tools play an important role irreplaceable, and brought a rapid breakthrough forthe development of higher education, however, the administration and the universitymanagement is also gradually showing its contrary to the first development of the drawbacksof Higher Education, the impact of university academic freedom, the right of self-management play, further exacerbating the trend of higher education administration andultravires management. Therefore, we must give adequate attention to the factors of itsnegative effects, and to develop effective coping strategies. Compared with the same period ofthe foreign universities university mission, and then conduct a feasibility analysis of China’scolleges and universities to the Chief of the problem. Learn from the experience of the elite athome and abroad, combined with China’s actual situation, summed up to the Chief of the pathsuited to China’s colleges and universities, and put forward corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions, so that our colleges and universities toward the academic, the direction ofdemocratization and orderly development.
