Since the20th century, higher education has been rapid development, the flow of talentand human resources in the college building formed a new college scientific development ofthe times. The college introduction of talent with the development of colleges and universitiescame into being. With the1978reform and opening up the horn sounded, the college entranceexamination recovery of higher education is gradually moving towards the right track. HigherEducation in China ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development, highereducation has flourished in China, has made an important contribution to the country’seconomic construction and social development. Teaching Staff Construction in China is notperfect, the college introduction of talent can’t play its due role. The Factors Influencingbecome how to use good colleges and universities to attract talent, play the introduction oftalent role in the development of the institutions of higher learning, the introduction of talentfor schools and student services have become a serious problem, and thus the introduction oftalent to play a role in the development of universities an inevitable trend.In this paper, the status of the introduction of talent Universities in HeilongjiangProvince, after the introduction of talent in the Universities in Heilongjiang ProvinceDevelopment Problems are summarized, there are five main aspects: the introduction of talentin teaching and research, team building, interpersonal role in the development of universitiesproblems in life. Reason analysis, the main five reasons: the introduction of talent to use inuniversities, training, management, exit mechanisms are inadequate; college introduction oftalent and discipline team building rapport lack; lack of talent for colleges and universities tointroduce more accurate positioning and clear planning; lack of talent on colleges anduniversities to introduce scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system; lack ofhumane care of the introduction of talent to the college.This paper summarizes previous research based on identified the introduction of talentplay the role of the influencing factors in the development of universities in HeilongjiangProvince, the use of the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the factors, the analysis showedthat the disciplinary foundation for the development of the college, university academicenvironment and atmosphere, university personnel management system, university research funding, the salaries and benefits of colleges and universities as well as colleges anduniversities on their families and resettlement on recruitment role to play in HeilongjiangProvince, the development of universities have an impact, the most important factor is thatcolleges and universities placed on the family.Finally, the problems for the development of universities of Heilongjiang Province, theintroduction of talent to come up with effective countermeasures and suggestions. Perfectionof the introduction of the use of personnel, training, management, exit mechanism,Strengthening the introduction of talent and discipline team building and integration, clearcollege introduction of talent in the development of the institutions of higher learningpositioning and a clear plan, to build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluationsystem college introduction of talent evaluation, strengthen the introduction of talent to thecollege humane care of these five aspects of effective measures to solve the problem.
