In recent years,China has attached great importance to vocational education,and the release of "Twenty Items of Vocational Education" marks the important level of vocational education in China.At present,the state vigorously promotes vocational education and the important talent training of vocational education is the integration of industry and education.Heilongjiang is located in the northeast of China,the application of higher vocational colleges to the integration of industry and education is not mature.The most widely used is "modern apprenticeship system" talent training model of vocational education in Heilongjiang Province,and some majors apply "order" talent training model.Whereas,most students still face the status of difficult employment after graduation.The construction of scientific talent training program is an important guarantee to improve the quality of talent training and promote the construction of local economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the talent training of integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province to transport high-quality skilled talents for local economy.The study uses the survey,literature review and other research methods to analyze the development of industry-education-integrated talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges in Heilongjiang province,so as to find out the problems and put forward relevant improvement suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part,through literature analysis,it studies the talent training of integrated industry and education at home and abroad,summarizes the views of scholars,and proposes the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part,using the relevant theories,to define the research concepts,to lay the foundation for the research.The third part,investigates and studies the current situation of talent training in higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province.Focusing on the basic situation of industry and education integration in three higher vocational colleges,Heilongjiang Z College,H College and Heilongjiang L School.In the fourth part,questionnaires were distributed to the students of Heilongjiang Z College,H College and Heilongjiang L School,combined with the feedback of interviews with teachers,to deeply analyses the satisfaction of the students of Heilongjiang higher vocational colleges for the talent training of industry and education integration.Part 5,according to the results of Heilongjiang questionnaire analysis: 1.Enterprises’ participant of major setting,some majors can not meet the social needs;2.The curriculum requirements of each grade are different,the enterprises basically do not participate in the curriculum;3.Less practicing arrangement,industry and education integration can not participate in the evaluation of students learning quality: 4.Enterprises cannot participate in the evaluation of students’ learning quality;5.The government has not clear policy to support industry and education integration;6.Enterprises have a few teaching teachers.Most enterprises teachers only have practicing lesson.According to the existing problems,put forward relevant improvement suggestions: 1.Deepen the reform of major and curriculum setting;2.Deepen the reform of practical teaching links,and promote the integration of industry and education;3.Formulate scientific talent training programs,improve the learning quality evaluation system;4.Establish two guarantee mechanisms.Part 6,The Conclusion.
