College Student Community Management Issues Research

At present, with the rapid development of society, the emergence of new ideas and cultural ideas, more and more college students' ideology and value orientation have changed accordingly. College student associations as the "second classroom" in the growth and development of college students play a very important role. Especially in today's countries put forward "to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work" background, we are in urgent need of accurate grasp of college student societies, understand the function and role of students' associations, make clear the development direction of the student association. At the same time, we also need to recognize the status of current college student communities, analysis the existing problems and reasons, explore the countermeasures to strengthen the management of college student associations, do a good job in the management of the university community, which can not only ensure rapid development of the student community itself, but also to the full implementation of quality education, to strengthen ideological and political education of colleges and universities, create a health to the campus culture atmosphere.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the selected topic background and the research significance. The second part is elaboration of relevant concepts and China college student association management status, will in based on the results of previous studies, this paper related to the college student association concept, type, characteristic, function definition. The third part is the analysis of the management status and existing problems of A school students' club. This part mainly introduces the present situation of the management of a school student organizations, from the College of student association management and student associations of self construction of the two aspects of analysis of the problems existing in the management of student mass organizations and to analyze the causes of these problems. The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of college student associations. From the universities, the optimization of the management system of college students associations, and guide the healthy development of student associations. From the students' associations themselves, to strengthen the self construction of College Students' associations, promote the harmonious development of students' associations, these two aspects are discussed in this paper.
