Primary school English learning English as a basis for the future of the child class subjects English and language learning has a very important foundation significance. From the third grade students begin to learn English, and the knowledge they learn at this time are very basic. The same is also the beginning of its future development. If the start of the voice did not have a good knowledge of grammar, it will seriously affect their future learning. English teachers’ teaching in the classroom is not enough, which needs families to help children to learn English by giving attention and counseling. Through home-school cooperating, students can learn better English and master basic knowledge of English to develop pupils’ confidence and interests in learning English. Parents help children through vocabulary, practicing pronunciation, reading the sentence, reading essays, and guiding students in after-school learning and mastering the proper English knowledge. Effective home-school learning and reasonable arrangements make families help students learn English better. This appliance is for the current status of our home-school to explore how teachers can help parents understand their roles, participation in school education and the child’s learning process, so as to improve students’ interest in learning English, to help children develop good study habits in English role.This paper analyzes the current situation of primary school English teaching and home-school situation, in reference to domestic and foreign research results, based on the study under the guidance of teachers on pupils learning English parents in the role.The paper consists of five chapters. The first part is an introduction. This section describes the purpose and significance of research, the origin, the main concepts and the research problems to be solved------English teaching in primary school parental involvement can help to improve students’interests in learning English and develop good study habits. It also reviews the Chinese home-school cooperation in primary schools, primary English education in China and the impact of the home-school education on children’s English studies. The first chapter gives the definition of the related concepts and analyzes the related theories of the home-school cooperation. The second chapter analyzes the home-school cooperation in Chinese primary schools. The third chapter outlines the status of primary school English education and problems. The last chapter analyzes the promoting of home-school students learning English on the status and co-operation and the promoting of the development of students learning English countermeasures.It is more conducive for the healthy development of the whole child to focus on the effect of family and school have on pupils’ language learning and meet a child’s psychological and physiological characteristics; schools and teachers with appropriate guidance to parents help parents reasonably effective participate in their children’s education process, thus changing our traditional school and teacher-centered education model. I hope that through this study, teachers engaged in teaching English in primary schools can help to promote parental involvement in schools initiative, so as to promote the development of home-school cooperation.
