Research On The Accountability Of Our College Academic

Abstract:Li Liansheng events of xi’an jiaotong university in2011once again to our country college misconduct line management is a wake-up call. Although after sports events at the2001Beijing university, the ministry of education, ministry of science and technology and various universities have introduced some control measures of academic misconduct, but colleges and universities in recent years the prohibition is academic misconduct.Academic accountability as by many scholars in recent years the research of the governance countermeasure of college academic misconduct, began in the management of academic misconduct emerged again and again, but in terms of current status, it still exists many problems and deficiencies. Therefore the author embarks from the practical case, in view of the academic accountability in the management of colleges and universities show deficiency in the process of academic misconduct, based on theory of accountability procedures, accountability academic analyses focus on process and procedures.On the basis of literature analysis and case analysis, the author thinks the main problem of university academic accountability is the accountability process each link of the system construction and procedures set by the imperfect. So the author thinks that should perfect the misconduct in colleges and universities academic accountability, reduction of university academic nature of the governance countermeasure is to perfect the academic accountability process, enable academic accountability in the actual operation process to scientific and reasonable, fair and objective.
