Participants are selected from the group of2010class(graduates looking for work in2013), and examined by cluster sampling method. It selects representative institutions and professions in Hefei. The institutions and professions are as followed:Anhui International Economy College(accounting and English majors), Anhui Broadcasting Movie and Television College(Radio and TV Technology and advertising planning majors), Anhui Technology College(CNC technology and marketing majoys), Anhui Vocational Colleges of Police Officers(legal secretary and legal affairs majors).450questionnaires are provided among these four colleges and universities. The effective ones are347and the effective rate is77%. According to the result of recovery of the questionnaire, there are significant differences in different schools, sex, the only child or not, Arts and Sciences majors and provenance. In the expectation of employment, there are significant differences in different schools, Arts and Sciences and provenance. Between the relation about the employment attribution and expectation of employment, employment attribution factors and each factor in employment expectations are positively related, namely, whether due to those factors or not, students with high scores require stability of employment expectations of internal factors, the total score and the employment attribution of unstable factors and external stability. Only when the employment attributes to external factors of instability, his expectation of employment is uncertain. From look on the whole, in this study, college students in the employment attribution score, external instability due to the highest score (10±1.999), employment expectation is a low expectation trend in general (-5.196±5.867), which also confirms the attribution theory of Weiner:job control point affects the employment expectation, the employment of external control tendency will lead to his employment low expectations.
