Since the year of2005, vocational colleges has continuously enhance the exploration of talent cultivation mode of college-enterprise cooperation and use the experience of the advanced theory of foreign vocational education for reference and combine it with Chinese actual situation, which will establish and promote talent cultivation mode of college-enterprise cooperation vigorously. Compared with the traditional talent cultivation mode of "curriculum oriented", the college-enterprise cooperation has more obvious professionalism, subjectivity, flexibility and partialness. However, the way to achieve this kind of talent cultivation mode has raised new challenges for the work of higher vocational students’ideological and political education. With the further mode reform of the talent development by school-enterprise cooperation, how to implement the ideological and political education of the vocational college students becomes a theme with the significance of the times. Studying the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students helps to enhance orientation, effect and efficiency of the ideological and political education work of those students, and to promote their comprehensive development. According to the researches, every year,51%of the new skilled workers are the graduates of different higher vocational colleges. It is clear that the ideological and political education of vocational college students does matter to the development of China’s industrial society; meanwhile, the quality of ideological morality is also an important scale plate to measure student individual quality. The ideological and political education of vocational schools in new environment is compared with traditional ideological and political education of vocational schools. Studies indicate that both of them have consistency in training goal, task, guiding ideology and principle. There is a difference between the education content and carrier, education environment and process. Thus, it comes to a conclusion that the college-enterprise cooperation environment has inevitable influence on ideological and political education of higher vocational education. And it is mainly manifested that:firstly, the college-enterprise cooperation environment has an influence on ideological and political educator who is the subject of implementation; the second is the change of educate; the third is the influence on contents and method of ideological and political education. Therefore, college-enterprise cooperation can give full play to the advantages of both of them and integrate the resources of each other, so as to play a big role in the efficiency of the ideological and political education:first is to further improve the efficiency of the ideological and political education of higher vocational education; second is to further strengthen the pertinence of the ideological and political education of higher vocational education; third is the integration of the enterprise culture, which has enhanced the influence of the ideological and political education of higher vocational education. Meanwhile, there is some negative effect in the ideological and political education in vocational colleges under the condition of college-enterprise cooperation:first the unhealthy practice and vile social evils lead to the degradation of ideas and beliefs; second is the noninterference of the enterprises causes to college’s ideological and political education lack of attractiveness; third is the problems brought about by the students themselves. In order to solve a series of questions, vocational colleges should strengthen ideological and political education and enhance the recognition extent of ideological and political education: firstly, it requires to cultivate good educational environment; secondly, to invite enterprises to participate in implementation and evaluation of ideological and political education of vocational colleges; thirdly, to strengthen the ideological and political education with the core of vocational morality. Under the college-enterprise cooperation, vocational colleges should define objective, build ideal educational environment mutually and make efforts to create the methods of ideological and political education through recognizing the importance of ideological and political education. Besides, vocational colleges should optimize the environment of ideological and political education under college-enterprise cooperation, and increase the efficiency of ideological and political education for students.
