According to the changes of needs of developing national economy for high skilledpersons, at the same time the development of vocational education has attracted publicattention. From the development history of vocational education in developedcountries we can be seen that, the most effective way of vocational education isSchool-enterprise cooperation. Our country’s existing vocational colleges are activelyexploring the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation. How to carryout school-enterprise cooperation, is not only in relation to the effect of training highskilled talents, but also related to the future development of vocational colleges.Therefore, analyzing the restriction factors of the cooperation between our country’svocational colleges and enterprises putting forward the the solutions, has certainguiding significance to the development of vocational colleges, especially to themechanic colleges.Firstly, this paper deeply analyzes the related theories, elaborated the characteristicsand the future development of our vocational education, points out the importance ofschool-enterprise cooperation. Secondly, Qinhuangdao Technician College as anexample, analysis of school-enterprise cooperation problems from five points ofview those are countries enterprises, schools, teachers and students. This school is anational key technical school in the leading position of Hebei province. This school hascooperation of dozens of large and medium-sized enterprises for many years,accumulated lots of experience of school enterprise cooperation, has the certainrepresentation, lay the foundation for the later research.Finally, according to these reasons, combining with the experience ofschool-enterprise cooperation in the developed countries, put forward the reasonable andfeasible suggestions and countermeasures to the depth cooperation between our country’svocational colleges and enterprises. Such as school and enterprise share the resource tosave the cost of education, reasonable changes in the school teaching system to adapt tomarket demand, formulates quality evaluation standards of school-enterprise cooperation.
