University Undergraduate Course Applied Talents Training Mode Research

With the development of the times, China’s economic structure has undergone major changes.enterprises talent has also undergone a qualities change. As a result, undergraduate higher educationdevelopment as an important source of social talents output, take on a more social mission andsocial responsibility. China’s undergraduate higher education has been the transition from eliteeducation stage to popular education stage; its main function is for the majority of undergraduateprofessor of theory knowledge and to cultivate practical application ability, that is, to createundergraduate applied talents, to adapt to the development of society and demand. In order toensure the smooth implementation of the undergraduate applied talents, it is necessary to understandthe meaning of applied talents correctly, explicitly applied the cultivation positioning, buildundergraduate applied talents training mode system.This thesis is the study Business Administration as an example of Undergraduate Applicationstraining model. The model in this thesis “applied talents training mode of Business Administration”is short for “China’s Undergraduate Business Administration applied talents Training mode”. Thisthesis is mainly from the following aspects:In the first chapter, the research background and significance of the undergraduate appliedtalents training mode will be pointed out. A systematic exposition of the home and abroad will alsobe given, and Literature method, comparison method, and case law will be chosen as themethodology in this thesis.In the second chapter, theoretical basis on Business Administration training model appliedwill be introduced. Some definition like “talents”,“applied talents”,“business administration”,“applied talents training mode of Business Administration” will be defined. Then by comparisonwith other types of talents, summarize the characteristics of Business Administration applied talentstraining mode.In the third chapter, current situation and problems of the Business Administration appliedtalents training mode will be analyzed. Pointed out that the current situation of the businessadministration training model applied by evolution expounded on China applied talents trainingmode. Then the existing problems would be put forward, and the causes of problems will beanalyzed. In the fourth chapter, foreign universities undergraduate applied talents training mode will beanalyzed. Germany, Britain, the United States is based on the applied talents training modesystematic comparative study, experience and enlightenment which contains summarized.The fifth chapter is to build a training model applied in business administration system,mainly from the guiding ideology, training objectives and specific measures.In the last chapter, some suggestions and strategies about Undergraduate applied talentstraining mode are given, mainly from the mode position, curriculum, training six aspects of the way,the teachers, and the security system study.Innovation of this paper is to combine the experience of Germany, Britain, United States withundergraduate applied talents training mode, were analyzed, so as to explore the Enlightenment toChina, improve our business administration professional training model applied to train times andsocial standards applied talents.According to the search, master’s study on business administrationtraining model was a relatively small. And my major is the industrial and commercial managementwhen I was a college student, understanding of industry and commerce management professionalmore intuitive and more comprehensive. So with the intention of Select Business Administration,for example, be applied training model construction, the proposed system applicable to the businessadministration training model applied and countermeasures.
