With the rapid development and widely use of Digital Information Technology in21st century，as one of its real-life carriers，Computer Network has been permeatinginto the human politics，economy，culture domain with an astonishing speed，changingthe forms of living，the ways of thinking and also the behavior patterns of humanbeings. Digital Cyber-space has evolved into a unique social practicing space，whichbecomes the main living and emotional catharsis channel of real people，andinfluences the developing direction of human beings. However，when the cyber-spacebrings about the chance of Free and Comprehensive Development to the human race，it also leaves some new realistic predicaments like Net ethical anomie，Aestheticcrudeness，Vulgar culture prevalence and National network security threats in CyberSpace，these risks and negative influences brought by Technical Rationality severelychallenge the modern Humanistic Spirit. Humanistic spirit has its periodicalconnotation，in digital information age，the increase of people’s free time，the highlypromotion of human power，the full richness of human relations in society and thecomprehensive development of people’s free personality is the fully display ofhumanistic spirit in digital age，but at the same time，a series of new predicaments inindividual’s development、culture、ethic、mentality，and security embody the paradoxof Humanistic spirit decay. Social practice and humanistic spirit lacking in real spacewill reflect into the virtual Cyber-space，equally，the virtual practice and crisis ofhumanistic spirit in cyber-space can also spread and transplant into our real life，thentrigger out the social problems in the process of development together and lay them infront of us unavoidably. Marxism，as pith of spirit of the Era and our country’smainstream ideology，it must face and respond to the realistic challenge of humanisticspirit lacking in cyber-space. This article starts with the introspection of humanisticspirit in the context of China contemporary network，according to the excavation of“Humanistic Spirit”in the horizon of Marxism in order to criticize the lack ofhumanistic spirit in China contemporary cyber-space，the final aim and key point is todiscover and construct the humanistic spirit in cyber-space，advancing the interactivedevelopment of Instrumental Rationality and Humanistic Value，revealing that theultimate value of virtual technology is depending on its embodiment of humanisticspirit.
