Along with our country colleges and universities generally to speed up the pace of expansion, a surge in college students scale, increasingly severe employment situation and other factors, led to declining college learning environment, learning burnout of undergraduates has become increasingly serious, this is not only conducive to students’ health of body and mind full scale development also violates the purpose of higher education in our country, is not conducive to cultivate advanced talents, intelligence and physique full scale development, also is unable to meet the needs of economic and social development of talent. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ research on learning burnout creatively introduced variables of goal orientation and attribution way, study the interaction relations between and among, for the affecting factors of learning burnout research provides a new perspective and validation approach, and to a certain extent, to fill a gap circles to study on the relationship between the three theories, to deepen and promote the study of the theory of the learning burnout, but also to ease college students’ learning burnout provides feasible Suggestions and countermeasures.Paper except the introduction, is divided into seven parts. The paper has discussed the learning burnout research and related issues,Research topics, research methods, the results of the study and analysis, research conclusion, Suggestions and existing deficiencies.In this article, through questionnaires, interviews and questionnaire survey to know hubei university sports college students’ learning burnout, attribution style and goal orientation of investigation, using SPSS17.0analysis of the data, the following conclusions:The first,hubei university sports college undergraduate student learning burnout of the overall situation is relatively serious, and extremely significant differences in gender and professional. Sports education specialized student learning burnout significantly higher than the other two professional; Grade difference is not very significant, senior student learning burnout significantly higher than the freshman.The second, in hubei university sports institute undergraduate students tend to attribution, on gender and professional, the attribution tendency does not exist significant difference, but there are significant differences in grade. Generally tends to be task oriented on goal orientation; On the ego orientation dimension, there is significant difference between male and female, there is no significant difference between different majors; Different grade students on task orientation dimension exists significant differences.Third, the attribution way, dimensions of goal orientation and learning burnout have relevant relationsFourth, the attribution of successful internal attribution, external attribution of two dimensions and the target orientation ego orientation dimension into the regression equation, the learning burnout has certain prediction effect.Fifth, goal orientation influence learning burnout by attribution way, namely external attribution of success and failure internal attribution and external attribution in self orientation and the intermediary variable relation between learning burnout.
