| The motivation of junior high school students’ participation in sports activities is closely related to the change of goal orientation.The develop of goal orientation will affect the motivation and behavior of students participating in sports.At present,the field of sports generally advocate the task orientation,deny ego orientation,but there are also studies show that the task orientation and ego-orientation is not exactly the opposite relationship,ego-orientation also has its positive side.As the age increases,the level of needs for junior high school students will increase accordingly,compete with others,prove that their ability,obtain the recognition of others may gradually become strong,so the goal orientation may change.The guidance of the goal orientation may play a better effect on the basis of the change of the student’s needs level.In this study,the relationship between the basic psychological needs of junior high school students and the orientation of sports goals was taken as the object of study.376 students of Hengjing middle school in Suzhou were surveyed,and the changes of students’ basic psychological needs and the change of target orientation were collected by questionnaire.Mathematical analysis explores the relationship.The results shows that:(1)the whole point of view,for junior high school students,the degree of task orientation is higher than the ego-orientation;three basic needs,the strongest is attribution,and then followed by independent needs and competency needs;(2)There are moderate positive correlations between the two dimensions of the goal orientation and the three dimensions of the basic needs;(3)ego-orientation has a positive effect on the orientation of the task.When the ego orientation is increased,the orientation of the task will be improved;(4)There are significant differences between the high level needs group and the low level needs group in the task orientation and ego orientation.The high score group was significantly higher than the low level group. |
