Research On The Countermeasures Of Building First-class Universities In Hebei University Under The Concept Of Collaborative Innovation

The founding of first-class universities marks a nation‘s full rise on the world stage.First-class universities are thought to have been not only the cradle of science,technology and education,but also the main source of modern human civilization and thoughts.General Secretary Xi Jinping,at the National Conference of Ideological and Political Work of Colleges and Universities,said ?the position and the roles of education,especially of higher education cannot be neglected when realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Our demand for higher education is more urgent than ever before,and the desire for scientific knowledge and talents is stronger than any time in the past?.First-class university construction that Hebei university is going to initiate on the one hand is the objective need for establishing an educational promising province,on the other hand is the urgent demand for promoting the coordinated development of all regions.The "Double World-class" Development and the Collaborative Development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province are not only an unprecedented opportunity,but also a severe test for Heibei University.This paper introduces a new concept of collaborative innovation and probes into the practical exploration and problems of the construction of first-class university,which has great significance for Heibei University as well as other similar colleges and universities in Hebei Province in its future development for first-class universities.This paper has chosen the countermeasures for developing first-class university as its research subject.Through the application of documentation method,comparative analysis method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,this paper elaborates the related concepts and theories of collaborative innovation and first-class university as well as summarizes the practice of Hebei University.In the meanwhile,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of Hebei University,and puts forward suggestions according to the problems.The strategy of Collaborative Development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,the construction of culture platform,the cultivation of interdisciplinary students,the combination of production and research and the promotion of education internationalization can be used for Heibei University to faster achieve the goal of constructing a first-class university,and provide other colleges and universities in Hebei with experience.
