publishing industry is inseparable from the country’s policy guidance and technology development and application,and it needs the continuous input of high-quality talents.Publishing bears the important task of cultural inheritance in the long river of history,and is an important part of the people’s spiritual life.The issue of publishing talent training has always been an important issue of concern to the government,academia,and the industry.A good solution to this issue is conducive to promoting the strategic deployment of the “five in one” overall layout,promoting the high-quality development of the publishing industry and the publishing industry,and promoting The construction of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics,and the establishment of a flexible and standardized,production-education integration,high-quality,efficient,and regular publishing professional degree graduate education system is conducive to solving the endogenous driving force of industry development,and providing strong support for industry transformation,upgrading and innovation development.Strong talent support is conducive to the self-planning,self-development,and self-improvement of young students.The establishment of a master’s degree in publishing is based on the demand for talents in the publishing industry.The Master’s Degree in Publishing,as an interdisciplinary major that closely combines theory and practice,aims to cultivate high-level,compound,and applied publishing professionals for the publishing industry.Based on the publishing master’s discipline,the publishing master is the successor and new force of the publishing industry and publishing industry.our country’s publishing industry is experiencing the arrival of the intelligent era,and the development of information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges.At the same time,the publishing industry is undergoing industrial transformations such as digital transformation and integrated publishing.The publishing industry chain continues to expand upwards and downwards,and the relationship between the publishing industry and other industries is deepening.Whether it is the development of publishing technology or the transformation of publishing forms,the publishing industry has put forward dual requirements for the quantity and quality of publishing talents.Entering the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,it is even more necessary to implement new development concepts,build a new development pattern,and promote high-quality economic and social development.Through collecting information,sorting out documents,analyzing data,and conducting interviews,it is defined that the cultivation of a master’s degree in publishing includes the use of a master’s degree in publishing as a carrier,selection of candidates from various professional backgrounds as the training objects,and learning and practice through a modular training path.These three constitute the training system for publishing masters.This thesis studies the cultivation of publishing masters from the perspective of collaborative innovation,which is to regard the cultivation of publishing masters as a multi-party participation by the government,academia,and industry,using the publishing master’s professional degree as the training carrier,selecting the training objects through a certain method,and adopting a certain training model An organic system for cultivating talents.This system serves the talent needs of the publishing industry,and can deliver high-quality talents to the publishing industry through collaborative innovation and deepening reforms.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly discusses the research background and significance,summarizes the related research literature,summarizes the current research results and existing shortcomings,introduces the research framework and research methods of this article,and proposes the research characteristics and innovations of this article.The second part is to systematically analyze the status of the cultivation of publishing masters in my country,using various public data and internal data on the source information of publishing masters provided by the Ministry of Education to analyze the generation,development and evaluation of the publishing masters training carrier;The natural characteristics,academic characteristics,and source characteristics of the master’s training objects;the specific characteristics of the master’s training model are published.The third part is based on the status quo of publishing master’s training,from the overall and specific dimensions,condenses the main problems existing in publishing master’s training.The fourth part is based on the problems found in the research process of this article,based on the theoretical perspective of collaborative innovation,and put forward optimization ideas,trying to promote the collaborative innovation of the government,academia,and the industry,and promote the high-quality development of publishing masters.
