In2002the Ministry of Education issued" national ordinary college sportscurriculum and teaching guidance outline"(hereinafter referred to as the new"compendium"), The new" Outline" of China College Students’ PE study evaluationraised new requirement, Evaluation of functional requirements for desalinationscreening and selection, Pay attention to students’ learning attitudes and emotionaldevelopment, Prominent process evaluation. The application of method of literature,expert interviews, questionnaire, teaching experiment, Mathematical statistics andother research methods to establish a set of more comprehensive, science, reasonableordinary university basketball option class learning evaluation system. In the new"compendium" spirit, The content to the physical quality, basic skills, theoreticalknowledge, attitude toward physical education learning performance of sentiment,and the spirit of cooperation in five aspects as the breakthrough point, Using the selfassessment, evaluation, teacher evaluation group and other forms of evaluation,Formed a substantial plural subject evaluation system. Using this evaluation system toguide teaching conducted two experimental teaching, the end of the semester tocollect data for analysis test.The main conclusion:1.This paper sets up the evaluation system of college basketball course,covering the content richer, more comprehensive reflection of the students learningprocess and effect. Evaluation of not only pays attention to the student ’s physicalquality, basic skills, but also pay attention to the students’ non-intellectual factors,including physical education learning attitude, willpower, emotional control,interpersonal communication, cooperation and so on. Verification experimentalresults show that the multi index evaluation system evaluation more objective than theprevious system, effective.2.Pluralistic main body evaluation self evaluation to make students trulyunderstand their own learning. Two experimental results show that: the studentsself-evaluation, mutual evaluation and increase the students’ active participation enthusiasm, and based on group evaluation set up learning group, is advantageous inthe student team consciousness and the cultivation of the sense of responsibility, andcan improve students’ demonstration and explanation ability.3.Experimental results show that: the new evaluation system on students’pressure to significantly less than the current evaluation system. Basketball skill ismore difficult to grasp, the current evaluation of basketball option class performanceskills accounts for larger proportion, multiple indicators of new evaluation systemreduces the proportion of basic basketball skills.4.Process evaluation is in the whole teaching interim, its purpose is not onlyto students, even more important is to supervise and urge. Experimental results show:the new, old evaluation system of students the basic skills of basketball scores showedno significant difference, but the rate of progress into the evaluation of the newassessment system of the students’ basic skills performance more reasonable.5.The experiment shows that: the new ordinary university basketball optionclass learning evaluation system is feasible, workable, not only to promote thestudents’ learning basketball, but also improve the requirements for PE teachers,promote the teachers better design course.
