The research purpose and meaning: since the2090s, the developed countriessuch as Japan, the United States and other countries to the understanding of thephysical education curriculum has been tend to comprehensive, social, culturedevelopment, make sports education after the training is particularly important. Alongwith the in-depth development of physical education teachers in training in hebeiprovince, our province each region ordinary university physical education teachershave more opportunities to participate in training course, but, what courses, how toopen, in all kinds of training schools have no unified standard and way of thinking,and physical education curriculum is a basic course of theory combining with practice,it puts forward higher requirements for physical education training. So this researchtry to through the survey of physical education teachers in common colleges anduniversities in hebei province, to know them to participate in training the basicsituation, participate in the training needs, in view of the current problems of trainingphysical education curriculum in our province, put forward reasonable Suggestions toperfect the physical education teachers in common colleges and universities in ourprovince course training system, for the future reference for sports training in ourprovince.Research methods and objects: in this paper, using the literature material method,interview method, investigation method, logic analysis, mathematical statisticsresearch methods, such as, training in P.E. teachers in colleges and universities inhebei province as the research object, by telephone survey, visit the college leadershipand post-career training lecturer in hebei province and work in a line of sportsteachers to interview counseling, and statistical analysis of data obtained by surveyand provide the basis for the research of this paper.Research conclusions:1is a reasonable age structure of PE teachers in colleges and universities in hebeiprovince, degree is a bachelor’s degree is given priority to, mainly accounted for87%of the total, is the main lecturer on titles,32.7%of the total.2sports teachers in colleges and universities in hebei province to participate inconsciousness is stronger, more professional training,52.7%of teachers think it isvery important after training, after training motivation underlines the need to improvetheir qualities.3after training for physical education teachers in colleges and universities inhebei province the main way for new teacher training and post training, mainorganization mode for school-based training, teaching organization form to full-timeinstructors teaching, expert lectures, watching the teacher classroom activity.4after training for physical education teachers in colleges and universities inhebei province training content is given priority to with professional theory frontierknowledge,47.5%of the total, physical education teachers in training courses,53.5%of people think that is reasonable; For post training teachers with21.5%teachers saidnot satisfied.May affect the physical education teachers in colleges and universities in hebei province to participate in one of the main factors for more professional training workbusy, pressure big, don’t have time ", accounting for69%of the total survey.6after training for physical education teachers in colleges and universities inhebei province concepts backward, lack of enthusiasm, physical education teachers intraining there are regional imbalance, different quality of training, lack of leading.
