With the constant acceleration of the development of China’s economy and theprogress of globalization, modern enterprises put forward new requirements forthe quality of staff, and the professional quality becomes an important factorof the recruitment. In the new employment situation, to improve the employmentquality of vocational students, it is necessary for the secondary vocationalschools to explore new ways of cultivating their professional quality actively.Therefore, we need to make a study on the various practical activities launchedfor fostering the professional quality of vocational students in the secondaryvocational schools, analyze the achievements and deficiencies. In addition, weshould also integrate the demands of modern enterprises with the characteristicsof the region, establish new cultivation modes of the professional quality andlook for more suitable ways and methods to cultivate the professional quality ofvocational students.Based on the training activities of the vocational technical which are in viewof the production process and launched by the vocational technical schools inDongguan City, the study completes the cultivation mode construction of theprofessional quality which is on account of the production process by three aspectsof training target, training mode and evaluation mode. It also analyzes thespecific goals which should be reached in the training activities by means of doingthe research on the recruiters in the talent market and combining thecharacteristics in the Pearl River Delta. Moreover, this paper realizes thecombination of theory and practice and forms the cultural method that is uniquein this mode by the development of the cultivation theory and training platformsof the professional quality. And its evaluation system is a trinity which includesthe schools, students and enterprises.Furthermore, this paper completes the effect evaluation towards thecultivation mode of the professional quality which is based on the production process by the analysis and research. From the schools’ perspective, it contraststhe previous data of moral education evaluation system with the subsequent onesand analyzes the scores of related classes before and after the training, and thensummarizes the functions of the mode for the vocational students’ daily behavioralnorms. From the students’ perspective, it analyzes the specific effects on thestudents who are the objectives of this training by the early meeting of theschool-run factory and students’ self-assessment and mutual evaluation. From theschool-run factories’ perspective, it gives an analysis of the final effects onthe vocational students’ professional quality by analyzing production data ofthe school-run factory and having an interview with the factory director who ishired from outside.The study on the cultivation mode of the professional quality which is basedon the production process is beneficial to the optimization and promotion of themode. The study finds that through the cultivation of the mode, vocational studentsobtain good results in the cognition and formation of the professional qualitywhich not only include the students’ subjective perception, but also thequantitative indexes of the schools, students and enterprises. In addition, wealso find that there is also much room to optimize and improve in the scope, extentand process of the training. At last, to make the mode get better improvement andpromotion, the writer also hopes to provide the guidance and method for the constantoptimization while acquiring the good results.
