The Through-type Personnel cultivating Mode of Secondary vocational education-Applied Undergraduate Education,is an important attempt of Shanghai to build a modern vocational education system.This model follows the principle of using ability as the main line to cultivate talents with high-quality technical skills and build a platform for technical talents to grow up as an "overpass".In this study,through the case study of teaching mode,teachers interviews and questionnaires and other research materials to find out the plight of vocational core competence training in the current mode,and the use of system theory,multiple intelligence theory analysis Causes,and on this basis to make recommendations.The full text consists of five parts.The first part describes the origin of the research,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the literature review,the theoretical basis and the research ideas and methods.The second part studies the training requirements of the vocational core competence in the through mode.The third part,Model of professional core competence training research,summarize the current situation of training;the fourth part in the second and third part of the analysis of the undergraduate mode of core competence training in the face of problems and causes;the fifth part of the first four chapters Based on the theory of system theory and multiple intelligences,this paper puts forward reasonable and feasible suggestions on how to improve the training quality of occupational core competency under this mode.
