Moral education has long been the attracting social practice, facing livingly real human, and the life world of human, confronting the true, goodness and beauty of the hearts of human, and the yearning and seeking for good. However, the ideal is ulitmately not reality. The tranditional moral education and present college’s moral education are far from the people’s real life, deviate from the human needs and the heart, teach the stiff, cold and empty doctrine, chase after the ideal requirements beyond reality, and formulate the discipline of violating people’s own development. Given that the issues that exist in college’s moral education, theory and practice should be rethought profoundly by upgradeing the notion of college’s moral education and finding the very essence of college’s moral education. The theory of communicative action of Habermas paves a road to the solution of the mentioned problems.Through analysing the current status of college’s moral education, this thesis first presents the existing issues in it and proposes the statement that college’s moral education should evolve from the tradition to reality. Then, this thesis tries to cast a light on the reform of college’s moral education combining with The theory of communicative action. In the last, this thesis puts forward the enhance of college’s moral education based on communicative action and comes up with basic approaches that lead to the innovations of college’s moral education.
