The Research On Fushun Rural Women Training

The dissertation is focus on rural women training of Fushun city,Liaoning Province, through the analysis, elaboration and research on rural women’s training issues related to comprehensively improve the level of training, as well as the scientific and cultural quality of the Fushun rural women.Increasing ability of getting rich of them. Promoting the rural economic development of Fushun. the essay applied literature analysis, questionnaires, descriptive research and case study methods to analyze and elabrorate the status of rural women’s training in Fushun City.On general overview research of training, the status of rural women training were main analyzed from training needs and supplies. In the part of training needs, It was described by the needs of subject,content,method and time factors of training. In the other part of actual supplies to rural woman training,it was expounded by five situations of subject,content,teachers, funds and mode of training. Meanwhile, applied the method of case studies to analyze the achievement in training. According to the status of rural women’s training, combining with local conditions to get four problems in training, we found that the training mechanisms are inadequate, the backward of conditions and the shortage funds are still existed,and the training is not targeted.All the reasons of constraints in the training were analyzed by four factors, as:the rural women’s own factors, social factors, economic factors and the constraints of gender discrimination. Finally, based on the comprehensive analysis and study, those suggestions were proposed like building the establishment of Incentives and protections’mechanism, and the socialized service system of training; Taking women as center, to make the training goes well is necessary, and to increase capital investment and other countermeasures.The high light of the paper maybe in improving the system of rural woman training, such as:To proposed the establishment of training incentives,the introduction of market competition, the implement on specific countermeasures of the bidding system;About the protection of rural women in training expenditure, suggestd that to set up a special fund to provide funding protection for women’s training;In optimization of training content, the article called for that to carry out the training about the overall quality positively.
