Study On The Integration Of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region’s Sport Event Resources

Though the reform and opening has been thirty years, our country is still in the important historical course of transformations of society and economic, all-round realization of socialist modernization. In this period, sports undertaking also faces transformation and development. Sports event is the core element of sport industry, It plays important role on the development of society and economic. From the construction of " Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region" in2009, the research of using district as the point become the new direction of research in western region. With developing of people’s life standard, sports event becomes an integral part of life and it plays a more and more important society role. Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region has a long history.If we can integrate all the sports events resources and achieve the resources of sports events optimization disposition. Then the level and efficiency of the sports events will be raised and social, economic will develop.By means of materials collection, fieldwork, expert interviewing, mathematical-statistics and logical analysis,from the area studies angle, based on the theory of genealogy, sports administration and physical education industry, combining the development environment of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic region, investigating the sport event resources of Xi’an and Tianshui,studying on the integration of Guanzong-Tianshui economic region’s sport event resources to provide theory and practice experience for the exploitation and the development.The main contents and the innovation of the thesis are:the classification for Guanzong-Tianshui economic region’s sport event resources are based on the analysis of the inevitability of the integration of Guanzong-Tianshui economic region’s sport event resources, and the global actuality will be described. Xi’an and Tianshui are the specific objects for the study and through practical investigations and studies and analysis for the two cities’current situation of sports event resources and in the end take the two cities as the basis to find out the causes of restricting the development of sports event resources and to propose the construction program for the integrating system of sports event in the economic area. Realistically keeping the right direction for the sports event resources of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic area that supporting by government, operating by market, sponsoring by society, cooperating by associations, sustaining by scientific research, and promoting the optimal allocation for the sports event resources effectively. The innovation is:the study on the integration of Guanzong-Tianshui economic region’s sport event resources is from the area studies angle, and the project of sport event brand has been propound,and the appropriate integration system of region sport event resources have been propounded has been constructed.Conclusion:under the system of socialist market economy, Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone wants to achieve integration of the sports event resources,which must go through a tortuous process. We can sure the inevitable trend of integration of the sports event resources,but we are also convinced of the main reasons that limited development:limitation of government policy, backwardness of the mechanism, professionals of capital investment, shortage of sports management assets, lack of the high level players and coaches, the lack of scientific research, the lack of venues and facilities. To solve all the anomalies, we must start with the existing market mechanism. On the basis of controlling of government’s macroeconomic, we must use of market flexibility to raise resources current ratio.develop untapped reservoirs of talents actively, construct the venues facilities, open up the diversification of sporting events main resources, make sports federation playing a role, increase organizing experience of large-scale sports events, pay attention to the results conversion of sports scientific, bring the region sport event resources into being.
