The Chinese women’s team on the world stage brilliant achievements has become achapter of history. The Chinese women’s team on the world stage brilliant achievementshas become a chapter of history. With the rapid development of China’s women’s football,women’s football scores go from bad to worse in China in the21st century, thedevelopment of the women’s movement has met many obstacles. The women’s nationalteam appeared fault, new and old replacement has become a problem. Athletes structurefault is one of the reasons for the women’s athletes retire again obtain employmentproblem. Hinder the women’s football the healthy, harmonious and sustainabledevelopment of one of the reasons is also retired after the football player again obtainemployment problem. If solved again obtain employment problem, to ensure thesustainable development of the women’s career. Thus can effective solve the problem offault.In this paper, the present status of women’s professional athletes retire andinvestigate the causes of the status quo, from the women’s athletes re-employmentsituation investigation, analyzes the reasons for the status quo, and formulate thecorresponding countermeasures, in order to improve China’s women’s professionalathletes re-employment to provide theoretical reference and decision-making basis.Using documentary, logical analysis, questionnaire investigation and mathematicalstatistics, through to our country after the women’s professional athlete employmentpresent situation investigation, analysis the cause of football player again obtainemployment situation, the following conclusions:Today’s employment environment is very serious, diversified demand, for retiredfootball player is a great challenge. For employment policy support is not big and retiredafter placement is mainly self-employed and issuing of relocation allowance is givenpriority to, sports related department is complementary to the settlement of the status quo,our sports related department to do football athletes to make a whole career planning,employment policy support, increase the employment channels.Retired young, professional sports knowledge and the skills of social demand hasdifference, through the sports level of diploma no intellectual equipment can’t keep upwith the needs of the society. Retired football player again obtain employment is verydifficult. A diploma didn’t skills make limited to sports related professional athletes.Employment channels narrow present monthly income is too low, professional mismatch,low social status, work in low status.Above all, by studying the current situation of the women’s professional athletes In our country, and the causes of the status quo. Give solution countermeasures,hope to the status quo of China’s women’s professional athletes to change now. In thelong run, in order to harmonious sustainable development of Chinese women’s footballcareer.
