| University is the students form an important period of lifetime sports consciousnessand habits only on physical education, far cannot satisfy the need of exercise. In this case,the extracurricular sports activities is particularly important, the sports club is a kind ofimportant organization form of extracurricular sports activities. China University ofGeosciences (Beijing) rock climbing development level in colleges and universities in thecountry ranks high, good phenomenon on the development of competitive sports is notcarried out on behalf of the mass sports, the school extracurricular sports activities andsports club is the situation of a microcosm of the development of the sports communitystatus largely reflects the development of college students’ extracurricular sports activities,so it is necessary to study current situation of the development of sports clubs.This study mainly uses the literature material law, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics of China University of Geosciences (Beijing) sports clubdevelopment present situation, analyzing the main factors which affect its conduct, on thebasis of scientific, reasonable and effective Suggestions are put forward. In this paper, theconclusion is:(1) China University of Geosciences (Beijing) sports club accounts for32.8%of the total number of school community, students participate in sports clubs theproportion of small, to increase the number of community, the need to develop the students’sports consciousness.(2) The student to the sports club were higher, most of the membersto participate in community is the result of "interest", is the cause of participationmotivation is a much larger percentage in the "physical fitness" and "improve mo torskills," open project covers rich in content, uneven distribution of grade scale ofcommunity and community members, women’s sports demand from the traditional "thepursuit of physical beauty" to baseball, mountain climbing, cycling, taekwondo, karate,these projects.(3) Most of the community will be1to2times a year of recruiting activities.Corporate activity form is given priority to with teaching sports skills, community memberturnover. To solve the problem of community members of the turnover rate, can take onnew members training methods or stratified teaching.(4) Sports club coach shortage insevere cases, the school can cultivate a batch of a coach or let interns coaching sportscolleges and universities.(5) Lack of space, simple, and the school in an indoor venues idletime period to the sports club provided free of charge or charge a small fee, sportsassociation can also cooperate with other universities, and resource sharing.(6) Sources offunds mainly rely on students pay membership fees, no unified standard for fees, fundsmanagement community, which is a kind of internal personnel, to solve the problem offunds, can broaden the funding source, to perfect the financial management system. (7) The generation of community leaders way is not democratic, school club Presidenttraining convention every year, but did not play a substantial role; Most of the communitydevelopment goals and plan, but implementation is bad, need to establish a perfectorganizational structure and internal supervision mechanism. |
