Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of College Students Sports Associations In Taiyuan

College students as a bridge to connect universities and societies.They have high knowledge and high quality.College students can realize the importance of sports,therefore,college students are more willing to join the independent and spontaneous sports associations to achieve their sports needs.As long as the students form the habit of physical fitness,the development of mass sports in China can be improved,the pace of building a healthy China can be pushed forward.College student sports associations is an important part of teaching work in colleges and universities.The influence of college students sports associations on the development of personality,physical and psychological quality of college students should not be ignored.In this study,the membersand and the responsible person of the college students sports associations were investigated of six typical colleges in Taiyuan.The universities surveyed include Shanxi University,Shanxi University of Finance and Economics,Taiyuan University of Science and Technology,North University of China,Taiyuan University of Technology,Taiyuan Normal University.By the methods of literature method,interview method,case method and questionnaire method,studied on the basic situation,the activity status and the management status of college students sports associations in Taiyuan.The results show that:1?College students sports associations have a positive role in promoting the development of college students' physical and mental development,the harmony of campus and the enrichment of campus culture.2?College students sports associations personnel recruitment and internal decision-making is not enough democracy.3?College students sports associations propaganda is not enough,cultural construction is not perfect.4?Colleges and universities have little support for the sports venues and activity funds.5?The ability of college students sports associations teachers should be improved.6 ? College students sports associationsmanagement system is not perfect,innovation ability is weak.The following countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems: Schools and enterprises to provide funding,venues,equipment and other support;The reform of the management system of college students sports associations;Regular training and study of college students sports associations teachers and coaches;Perfecting the system of selecting and appointing talents of college students sports associations;Support and cultivate excellent sports associations.
