How to better the operations ofsports associations is an issue worth exploring.In this study, a comprehensive analysis of the depth profiling colleges and universities ofShandong Province, for example, using a combination of interviews, questionnaires, literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the Southwest region the size of type of universitysports associations, composition, The activity status of the characteristics of internal and externalforms of management for investigation and analysis, the corresponding conclusions, and proposeappropriate countermeasures.According to the study can be seen that the main factors of the university sports associations:the system of the university sports associations of environmental factors, material factors,economic factors, organizational factors, factors of community members, publicity factors. Thenumber of sports associations throughout the gradual increase in the University of ShandongProvince, the gradual increase in the types of projects, the number of members involved in asubstantial increase, showing a rising trend, and more stable source of students involved in sportsassociations. Sports clubs, colleges and universities in Shandong Province, the size, membershipis more diverse, sports associations of the surveyed colleges and universities in ShandongProvince, according to the questionnaire, the Societies scale for more than100people accountedfor5%Societies scale accounted for between30to100people,85%, the Societies smaller than30people accounted for10%.The results show that Shandong Province PE community are obvious constraints of theuniversity system; Shandong Province PE community venues and equipment in poor condition;Shandong Province PE Societies Societies funding constraints are prevalent; Shandong ProvincePE community is basically set up their own organization and management, but the managementsystem is not perfect, rules and regulations of the sports associations or formulation; ShandongProvince PE participating members of the community showing a an imbalance; college sportsassociations in Shandong Province, is still not established its own evaluation system. To solvethe above problems and current situation, schools should develop rules and regulations, timelyadjusted to sports associations; sports organizations managers should fully understand thefrequency of use of school sports facilities and arrangements to find all possibilities to maximizeuse of limited space and equipment resources; every effort to secure economic funding of schools sports associations to fully win over the sponsorship of the social and economic, toattract multi-faceted source of funds; emphasis on day-to-day organization and management ofthe societies in terms of ideology, to avoid confusion because of the negligence of thought led tothe Societies management; different gender, hobbies, age, professional students speciallyformulated different awareness programs; sports associations to set up an evaluation unit, to beinherited advantages, to correct the shortcomings.
