Family is the first school for one’s life. Family education is the root of a human’seducation, the source of all kinds of education. But now, many families spend a lot oftime and money in their children’s schooling, which may creates a better studyenvironment for the kids. They take the family educating environment intoconsideration so little that the family educating environment for boarding primaryschool students becomes less optimistic. Cooperation between family and school isdeeply needed for students in Grade1adapting to the boarding life. Parents are keypeople who cannot be absent in the years when kids start school. It will be greatlyaffected by the parents’ attitude, ability and means when parents taking parts inchildren’s staring years. So, it possesses an important practical significance to researchparents; family education issues of Grade1students in boarding school.This thesis falls into four parts.A brief introduction goes initially, which introduces the background and thecurrent achievements of this research. Also, both the research ideas and researchmethods of this thesis will be given in this part. Meanwhile, the author defines severalcore concepts, such as family education and boarding primary school, and so on.In the second part, the author does a survey of current situation about familyeducation in grade one of boarding primary school. Through the questionnaire surveyof students’ parents and the interview survey of head teachers, who all come from6classes of a boarding primary school in Jinan, the author tries to analyze the currentsituation of family education in grade one of boarding primary school.The third part summarizes some misunderstandings of family education in gradeone of boarding primary school, and analyze the reasons. Combined with the result ofthe second part, the author sums up some misunderstandings of family education ingrade one of boarding primary school, in both direct and indirect family education. Thestudy also tries to find some reasons from the historical causes, social reality andfamily factors.The fourth part proposes and expounds some effective strategies to improve family education of boarding primary school grade one. This part is about the solutionson the basis of introduction, reflection and analysis of the problem. The explorationand consideration of this part is aiming at country, school and family, which are the keypoints of discussion.
