The Investigation Of The Management Of Reginal University Association’s Work

With popularization of the higher education and the deepening reform of highereducation educational system, besides the class, the clubs in higher educationinstitutions have become an influential students’ organization and the carrier ofeducation for all-around development. It has become the second class for Universitystudents to learn and success. The study of the management of universities’s club isconductive to foster the ability of self-study, self-education and self-service. It can alsoincrease students’s awareness of mutual aid,the inclusive attitude and the sense of theresponsibility to serve the society.Most of the studies at home are mainly concentrates on the universities. Thestudies focused on regional or local colleges are limited. As to the reginal or localcolleges’clubs, the results based on the universities’s clubs’s studies are very general,but not practical, or representative enough to their cases. Therefore, the study of themanagement of reginal college clubs is not only an exploring subject in thedevelopment of students clubs, it is also the need of all-round development of regionalcolleges and the reform of higher education.Based on the studies of history and the management of student’s club home andabroad, the author did a questionnaire survey among the public universities, privateuniversities, public colleges and private colleges in Shaoxing area. This survey aims toinvestigate the basic facts, the function and the management of their clubs, whichincludes46different aspects. After the acknowledge ment of the constitution of the management system of the college clubs in Shaoxing and the description of object andsubjects and the managing environment, the author analyze the existing problems in theclub management and specify the direction of managing building pattern.Based on the humanistic, harmonious and democratic management orientations,we should optimize the clubs’s management ability by strengthening its internalbuilding and promote students’s awareness of the importance and function of students’sclub, establishing a standard reviews for the club and intensify the inner buildings of theclubs. With an emphasis on the actual effects of the management, the selection andcultivation of the student carders and the Party committee and Youth LeagueCommittee’s attention on the building of the club building, we should build moreinteraction platform inside and outside the school, provide visibility of the clubs’sdevelopment, select professional tutors to give the specialized guidance and promote theclubs’s development by increasing the standard and popularity of their activities. With awell-established awarding system, it can select a professional teaching club and improvethe standard of the clubs’s management.After the analysis of the existing situation in the students’s club’s management, thestudy of the building of the security system and the methods taken as to promote themanaging pattern, we can form a set of club’s managing pattern which are suitable forthe locally specific situations.
