Research On The Construction Of College Students’ Employment Services System

It is a significant revolution that Chinese higher education from elite education to mass education stage, which is happened in this field.Meanwhile, the trasformation which is from "turn-key score, plan distribution" to "meet the demand and supply of, two-way choice " is implemented in our country college students’employment system. The imperfect factors are expressed in college students’employment service system due to severely current employed trend and contradiction of supply and demand. It is an urgent situation that it is necessary to modify the College students’employment system for revolution and severe trend of it. In the wake of cultivation of country and society, together with profits of thousands of families, the Colleges students’employment relationship which is affecting the value from people towards higher education, is playing a very important role in the life value and social value; whether college students can full emplyment relationship with the survial and development of universities must take effective measures to solve the problem of college students’employment.In this background, the establishment and improvement of college students’employment service system to promote the smooth employment of college students play a very important practical significance.In this paper, the research angle is mainly begin from the universities, in order to the mechanism of safeguard, the mechanism of operation and construction are the core of main content, the author attempts to start with the related responsibility of college students’ employment service system construction. Summary on the operation status and existing problems of college students’ employment service system, and puts forward some reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures, meantime, the author is trying to construct a perfect college students’ employment service system. Through the way of literature analysis, questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews, researches from surface phenomena. The author found that college students’ employment service system has many phenomena and problems, and it’s shows that university must take the more responsibility and liability in process of college students’ employment in the future. The Questionnaire survey samples are from Wuhan university of technology, Hubei university of economics, Wuhan college of biological science and technology, on the analysis of these schools students’employment service system and it’s Operation and current situation, furthermore, the author makes the constructive suggestions in college students’ employment service system. From the framework and characteristics of the college students’ employment service system, trying to improve the level of college students’employment service, constructing the human resources training. Strength hening the employment information share between college and market and other relative works, so as to provides the powerful help and support for college students’ full employment.
