| With the continuous development of society, there have been all sorts ofproblems on the traditional teaching theory, while educational practice under thistheoretical system is also affected by a series of cracks. Education scholars havestarted to reflect teaching theory on the past and try to build a new teaching forovercoming the drawbacks of traditional teaching. More and more scholars began tofocus on listening to students, thus produced by the listening teaching theory whichemphasizes the importance of listening, the importance of the value of listening andmake listening theory permeate into teaching in order to make teaching better and thebest developments of both teacher and students. In listening teaching, the relationshipbetween teachers and students is not former antagonistic relationship but relations ofcooperation and listening. With the listening theory, the teacher-student relationshipmust belong to the harmonious teacher-student relationship. At the same time,listening teaching theory provides the basis for the construction of a harmoniousrelationship between teachers and students and will really promote the establishmentand development of harmonious relations between teachers and students.With the careful research of listening teaching and redefinition of theteacher-student relationship, I make full use of literature, all kinds of relevant journalarticles, academic books, dissertations, research reports and other information inorder to get full knowledge and understanding of listening teaching; and through caseand interviews, to search features in practice of the teacher-student relationship, andultimately concluded by induction.All in all, the teacher-student relationship oflistening teaching is harmonious teacher-student relationships which can promotethe development of a harmonious teacher-student relationship with external andinternal regulation.This paper is divided into the following four parts: Part I: Basic concepts and literature review. This chapter explores therelationship between listening teaching and teacher-student relationship from multipleangles in accordance with the basic concepts of listening teaching and the basicelements of the teacher-student relations. It also discusses the existing defects anddeficiencies in the study of teacher-student relationship and listening teachingaccording to the previous studies.Part II: Through reading a lot of books, we really go into theoretical research oflistening teaching, explore the teacher-student relationship in the listening teachingand finally find out there are a lot of differences of teacher-student relationshipbetween listening teaching and traditional teaching with teacher-student relationshipof listening teaching having significant advantages. The superiority of listeningteaching is also reflected in the features of basis, processes, emotions and the effectsignificantly, which is with a certain degree of consistency in a way with harmoniousteacher-student relationship, so teacher-student relationship of listening teaching isharmoniousPart III: This chapter talks about the reason why listening teaching system canpromote the harmonious teacher-student relationship. Listening teaching is trulystudent-centered of a genuine "people-oriented" teacher-student relationship;listening teaching identifies differences and different learning styles and allowsstudents to have their own learning, which is truly democratic teacher-studentrelationship;The teachers in listening teaching discard prejudices and really want toestablish an equal teacher-student relationship; With the empathy emotional basis,teachers and students establish a mutual trust relationship; Teaching with the theory ofstudent-needs based scaffolding, teachers and students can get common developmentand progress; listening teaching emphasizes students of different extracurricular lifeand experiences, so that the relationship between teachers and students is not limitedto teaching.Part IV: This part explores the construction strategies for the establishment of aharmonious relationship between teachers and students in teaching listening inmultiple perspectives. At First, this part discusses the ways how to create the atmosphere outside including the outside environment, education teaching evaluationsystem, expanding the space. Secondly, as for the teachers and students, they shouldalso improve their quality to listen in order to provide internal factors for its carryingout and ultimately promote the construction of a harmonious teacher-studentrelationship. Finally, summary some notes again in the construction of listeningteaching.In short, the paper specifically addressed the features of relationship betweenteachers and students in listening teaching including people-centered equality freedomand so on through the aspects of what,why, how. These characteristics alsodetermine the teacher-student relationship of listening teaching is harmonious whichhas obvious advantages. At the same time, listening teaching promote theestablishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship from multiple angles andalso provides operational strategy for it.The establishment of a true teachingenvironment and listening subject through the external and internal regulation willpromote the establishment of a harmonious relationship and ultimately promote thecommon development of teachers and students. |
