The teacher-student relationship is a kind of comparatively sheer person-person relationship and has its social contact in a comparatively isolated environment from society associates. In network society background, the enhancement of the students' self-awareness and main body consciousness helps promote the change in student-teacher relationship. Opening learners are no longer complete passives, and no longer willingly act "absolute obedient" roles; instead, they need to establish deeper affection with the teachers, expect understanding and respect from teachers, and long for positive participation into the teaching process. Likewise, open-course teachers need to stop playing "solo". During Open Education, the establishment of "harmonious" new teacher-student relationship will dispel the Teacher Authority through the deep development and use of network, the organization of various characteristic activities, and conduction of student rostrum, by which a harmonious situation of "teach is student, student is teacher" is formed. Thus, begins with two aspects of "student" and "teacher", a new-type student-teacher relationship must be constructed to adapt for the development of Open Education and comprehensive enhancement of Opening learner's quality. On the foundation of teacher-student equality, mutual respect, and mutual understanding, this new teacher-student relationship will realize online and offline dialogue and contact, break the classroom to person limit, enter the other's teaching and study, even including ideological level, and eventually achieve a harmonious situation.
