Application Research Strengths Perspective Minors In Criminal Assistance And Education Work

With the reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic development, people’s lives get better, but the social upheaval caused more and more social problems. Social development make minors’ growth environment is more and more complex,the trend of minor crime is increasingly serious, minor crime problem caused wide public concern. Social workers begin to enter crime minors education to juvenile delinquents of illegal crime minors with professional social work skills. They don’t pay attention to the case on the director, just help to change themselves to return to society in the future. Through to the education of case analysis, this paper discusses the social work in the education work in how to use work Strengths Perspective; How to develop strengths, etc.; and evaluated and summarized the effect.From the Strengths Perspective, this paper choose three different cases to study, to the degree of director pleaded guilty. Through case analysis, this paper argues that:using the Strengths Perspective has a good effect in the education work, because of the strengths to develop the art of illegal crime minors, can effectively prevent illegal crime minors commits a crime again, raise their regression and ability to adapt to society. Using the Strengths Perspective to illegal crime minors to relevant work steps can be divided into the seven stages:professional relationship, advantage evaluation, set up a goal, make plans, using the advantage of education, consolidate the case growth ability, follow up. Through the result of advantage evaluation, the advantage of director type can be divided into prominent, developmental, training. The social worker can be advantage for different types of egotism, formulate education plan to carry out the relevant work. In education work to the Strengths Perspective of this research are summarized and discussed the application and think the advantage perspective is widely used in education work, and form a complete set of working mechanism, can help more illegal crime minors to promote the art force, better return to society.
