A Study Of The Innovation Of Campus Culture Construction In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years, the higher vocational education (HVE) are developing rapidly and hasbecome an important part of higher education in China. Many kinds of educationalinstitutes,like vocational college,adult educationg and technical school, have expanded theenrollment of higher vocational students, and the number of students is increasing year byyear. Higher vocational education is a kind of "taking ability education, based on the qualityeducation" education, is to prepare students to work in the reality and the future market ofemployment or business education. Research on education, higher vocational education isdifferent from other outstanding features of higher education in many aspects.The highervocational education take employment as the erientation,and serviceas the educationalaim.Practicslly,the education is closely related to the reguinement from enterprises and socialdistricts,which is concerned more about the gualification of students and thetraining.Namely,the education lays emphasison the competence of practice,based on thecooperation with enterprises.This paper is divided into four chapters, the main research content is:(1) theintroduction,mainly analyzing the research background, significance, research review, contentand method, forming an overall grasp of this research, and made a good foundation for thefollowing parts;(2) the relevant overview of campus of higher vocational colleges and thebasic connotation of culture, mainly discusses the campus culture of higher vocationalcolleges, general characteristics and functions of campus culture, and the function andfeatures of the campus culture of Higher Vocational Colleges;(3) the analysis of the status ofthe construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, including according to theanalysis of the questionnaire survey of the construction of campus culture in HigherVocational Colleges in question, and analysis of the main causes of problems;(4) a basic wayto realize the construction of campus culture in Vocational Colleges of innovation:â‘ makingclear of the characteristics of higher vocational education, and laying a solid foundation for innovation; the higher vocational education system and promote the innovationof campus culture; the introduction of enterprise culture, combined with the campus culture ofhigher vocational colleges; to strengthen the campus culture construction with theemployment, as the orientation.
