Study On Library's Participation In Campus Culture Construction Of The Higher Vocational Colleges

Nowadays,there are more than 1200 higher vocational colleges in China.They are mainly training high skilled talents.But the overall development history is not very long.The library of the higher vocational colleges is in the auxiliary teaching status.With the same as the traditional pattern of the campus,the library is mainly according to the general form of the construction of colleges and universities to carry out the construction and development.With the development of vocational education,the library also need for transformation and upgrading.It turns the traditional culture to the elegant cultural.Especially in cultivating talents for the characteristics of high technology and high skills in higher vocational colleges,it makes the library to become the extension of culture education key battleground and position,and to further promote the construction of campus culture.And then it builds beautiful and elegant campus.Through interviewing the library director of Y vocational college and conducting on 500 students and teachers,the author surveys higher vocational college library to participate in the construction of campus culture from different angles.It exists a series of problems,for example,lack of high participation in spiritual culture,weak construction of material culture,imperfect construction of institutional culture,imperfect unified information system,unreasonable construction of collection resources and monotonous reader activities.The survey results are analyzed.We will expand participation in spiritual culture,strengthen material culture,improve institutional culture,improve unified information system,build a literature information resource system,and enrich cultural activities involving readers.In new era campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges,the library processes the role of the guide,standardize and promote.It plays own advantages and promotes the efficient development of higher vocational institute campus cultural construction.At the same time,the library guides to the knowledge and culture function,also makes the higher vocational college campus culture to develop healthy.In the condition of the value of higher vocational institute campus cultural construction,people need to start from the actual work of the library of higher vocational colleges,and improve on construction of higher vocational college library operation.It takes the adequate means and unique cultural activity as the content of the reconstruction in the library of higher vocational college.It creates beneficial in higher vocational colleges' culture construction of library system of the overall work.Under the library operation's effective support,the campus culture in higher vocational colleges is developing better.Library effectively plays the advantage of its own culture,resources and services to promote the education function of the play.So it can makes the students get excellent campus culture influence,build a harmonious campus culture atmosphere and promote the construction of campus culture.
