Research On The Difficulty And Strategy Of Absorbing College Students’ Employment In Fuzhou Social Organization

Social organization, as one of social management and public service of non-profit organizations apart from government organizations and enterprises, has endless employment potential. Chinese social organization has been developed35years from1978. It has huge theoretical and practical significance to study social organizations at home and abroad to absorb the useful experience of college students’employment.This paper is based on Fuzhou social organization as research object. On the early stage of this paper working, I introduced some theories of social organization absorbing college students’employment and analyzed basic conception and role function of social organization absorbing college students’employment. The main body of paper analyzed the status and difficulties of Fuzhou social organization ability of absorbing college students’employment and also analyzed the reasons of difficulties, including the factor of social organization, the factor of college students, and the factor of government functions and policies and regulations. On the based of beneficial experience of social organization absorbing college students’employment from American, German, Japan, Guangdong and Shanghai, proposed some meaningful advices on promoting college students’employment in social organization, including transforming government functions, and improving the law and regulations; strengthening social organization itself and fostering organization peculiar culture; innovating publicity model and enhancing credibility of social organization; improving staff identity of social organization; building cooperation model of uniting social organization, government, enterprise, and college.
