| Employment problem is one of the people’s livelihood.The quality of university students’ employment is not only related to the individual survival and development,the happiness of the family,but also related to the stability of society and the development of economy.In the tide of market economy and the trend of popularization of higher education,college students’ employee is increasingly serious.In this context,a special group of college students----the deaf college students’ employment is beco ming more prominent and noteworthy.Because of the short-period development,the higher education of the deaf in China is defective in the education resources,job security and so on.The study focuses on the deaf college students’ current employment status of two universities in Henan province,through the investigation and analysis of multiple perspectives,makes great effort to provide more rational support for the deaf college students’ employment.According to the research methods of questionnaire survey,case and document analysis and so on,for the employment status of the former graduates’ of the deaf of the two universities in Henan province do a research.Combines with the deaf college students’ employment awareness about job in school,the results of the survey are presented using pie charts,written records etc,the following problems are found in the employment of deaf college students,the professional pair is low,the income is low,individual career is limited by current policy,it’s difficult to gain satisfaction from professional,local Disabled Persons’ Federation don’t play their role and so on.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,combines with the disabled education,the disabled employment security system,the higher education of the deaf,at home and abroad,to the cause of these problems due to the following aspects: the deaf college students’ employment policy not in place,the existing teacher certificate system has limited the deaf college students’ employment,the widespread prejudice and discrimination of the deaf,welfare enterprises function was weakened,existing the deaf students’ college professional structure is unreasonable,used by deaf college students at this stage of teaching material is not scientific,the teachers’ professional quality is not high,liquidity,and the excessive protection of parents of deaf children.Based on the above questions and attribution analysis,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,mainly from the national level,the higher special education level,family and personal level,a total of 14 main angles.Including strengthen the employment for the disabled in the construction and implementation of security system,set up the deaf college students’ teacher qualification system,use language to create a supportive environment for deaf college students’ employment,optimize the structure of the existing professional of the deaf college students’,forge a high level of special-education teachers and so on.Put forward feasible and effective countermeasures from multiple links on how to do a good job of the deaf college students’ employment. |
