From the perspective of psychological capital development,this essaystudies,under the guidance of positive psychology,the effectiveness of a learningcommunity on the management and development of psychological capital on studentswith learning difficulties.This research is based on the pilot projet,”Research onpsychology of students with learning difficulties and the educational correction”(GrantNo:DBA120179),which is the key project of the National Education Science”TwelfthFive Year Plan”,in Xingtai City,Hebei Province.The intervention is carried out bycombining the methods of exploring the psychological capital with the five stages ofestablishing the learning community.The process parades20times in6months.Theresult proves that it is effective to manage the middle-school students with learningdifficulties by establishinh a learning community,improving their marks and exploringthe psychological capital.The entire research consists of five divisions,among which,the third and fourthpart are the core.The first part is a synthesis of research,explaining the significance of the researchby analyzing the current researches on this field.The second part is a synthesis of research,mainly focusing on the concepts andtheories of learning difficulties,mental capital and learning organization.The third part display the methods, including the choices,usage of tools andprocedures of the research.The procedure consists of five stages:personalmastery,psychological improvement,establishment of common interest,team study andsystematic thought.Through these,it aims to lead students to self-study,cooperative,aswell as explore learning difficulties students’psychological state.So that students withlearning difficulties will foster hope, improve self-confidence, enhanced toughness,learned optimism to face the problem.The fourth part is results and discussion. The main achievement is expected tounfolded in this part to foresee students’ more eagerness in study and better marks.Thiscould be prove learning organization is a an effective management method of studentswith learning difficulties. The fifth part concludes the essay,evaluating the deficiency of research results andaffirming the prospect of the research. Learning organization is effective to manage themiddle-school students with learning difficulties and it can develop their psychologicalcapital.At the same time,the research results are evaluated:the scope of the study is toosmall,and the result is lack of quantitative study.Finally,the application value ofresearch is prospected that establish a learning class and develop the psychologicalcapital of students.
