Over time reading crisis will lead to national cultural heritage and development potential, awakened the community to focus on reading. Through participation the project, author as seed teacher directly contact people of identity in-depth to the project of Ningxia yinchuan xixia district agricultural Ranch elementary school participation teaching practice, and to haiyuan shut bridge school district, and tree Taiwan school district, more than10more by rural elementary school for visits investigation, from understanding of the school reading environment construction, and student reading, the school reading activities carried out situation, concentrated exists of problem start analysis, combs out Ningxia area the school reading growth process in the scholars campus construction, and teachers’teaching reading and reading recommendations for reference in the activities carried out."Kids love reading" item from the system to address pupils’reading problems, this study from the school and teachers’participation in scholarly campus construction, starting point and ending point are relying on "kids love reading" project promotes rural primary schools engage in campus construction in Ningxia. This study mainly based on action research practice research. Which this used has literature law, action research law, investigation law in the of observation law, and interviews law, research method on following research for exploration:I, understanding Ningxia part rural elementary school reading status and effects factors, combs out Ningxia "let children fell in love with reading" project promotion campus scholars atmosphere of formed, promotion teachers upgrade reading literacy and reading teaching of capacity, eventually through school and teachers organization campus reading activities effects children reading, let children ready to reading, and at reading, and fell in love with reading of purpose; Ⅱ, and through this research in the hope of other primary schools in rural areas of Ningxia’s reading promotion activities provide insights and support, Western region research provide some inspiration on how to boost reading in schools.On this, this research content is divided into following several aspects:one is on rural elementary school scholars campus construction, and reading teaching of related research summary of; Ⅱ is research early, through investigation visits, understanding Ningxia rural elementary school reading status, analysis effects the to rural elementary school reading of factors; three is through participation project practice,comb out Ningxia rural elementary school in "let children fell in love with reading" project in the more mature of practice experience, and on experience promotion for followed up track.Main points of this article is from an empirical point of view, the practice gained valuable experience; complement in Western rural areas Schools in reading research gaps. But also due to the practice of reading report topics better practices, theoretical support remains to be further improved.
