The spirit of the third plenary session of18pointed that ondeepening comprehensive reform of education field, we mustcomprehensively implement the party’s education policy, insist onmoral education, strengthen the system of socialist core valueseducation, Perfect the Chinese excellent traditional cultureeducation, form an effectively form and long-term mechanism ofloving learning, loving laboring and loving the motherland activities,strengthen students’ sense of social responsibility, Innovative spiritand practice ability, strengthen the physical education andextracurricular exercise, promote adolescent physically andmentally healthy and improve students’ aesthetic education,improve the students’ humanistic quality. This suggests that theeducation of our country are actively exploring how to cultivatestudents with comprehensive quality, perfect personality and goodability to adapt to social development needs at the same time. Thisalso needs a high degree of attention of humanistic qualityeducation filed. Higher vocational education as an important part ofhigher education in China, has attracted much attention in recentyears, and has a rapid development. However, many higher vocational colleges ignored the cultivation of the students’comprehensive quality, especially the humanistic quality educationin the process to promote college students’ vocational skills andprofessional technology industriously. In this paper, we will studystudents’ humanism quality education situation presently as astarting point with the third plenary session of the eighteenth spiritas the guiding ideology and theoretical basis in higher vocationalcolleges, to provide important theoretical basis and reference forhigher vocational colleges’ humanism quality education in thefuture.Based on humanistic quality education and the definition of thehigher vocational education, this paper has been clear the urgencyand necessity about the humanism quality education in highervocational colleges. Then, we analyzed the characteristics and thehumanity quality education for college students in higher vocationalcollege situation presently, and found some problems as humanisticquality in higher vocational colleges were identified classes statuson the low side, we ignored the characteristics of higher vocationalcollege students, lack of teachers and enough education resources.And through careful analysis and summary, we find out the reasonsof the lack of humanistic quality education of college students, thatwe lacked policy guidance and humanism quality education funds,and failed to combine local culture, etc. Finally, through thecharacteristics of college students in higher vocational collegesand the reason that lack of humanities quality education, we havefound the path the humanity quality education of college students.We should strengthen the construction of humanistic curriculum system, strengthen the education resource development, create agood learning environment, set up humanistic quality educationevaluation system, and enhance the level of humanity qualityeducation teachers, etc.All in all, this article has researched the connotation ofhumanistic quality and the present situation and reason ofhumanistic quality education of college students, and followed thelaw of higher vocational education and the characteristics of thehigher vocational college students, then explored an effectivemeans of the humanities education obeying the law of highervocational college students’ learning, that must provide atheoretical guidance and practical for humanity quality education inhigher vocational colleges and advance the actual effect of thehumanity quality education of higher vocational college students.
