In the outline of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan for 2010-2020,China firstly proposed the plan to popularize education in preschool education.In 2012,the ministry of education formulated the professional standards for kindergarten teachers with reference to the Teachers law of the People's Republic of China,which stipulates the professional quality of preschool teachers from multiple dimensions,fields and indicators.The quality of preschool education professional talents training in higher vocational colleges affects the quality of preschool teachers in the future,which is related to the development of preschool education in the whole country as the pre-school education talent training base.The research is carried out from two aspects: the current situation of preschool talents training in higher vocational colleges and kindergarten teachers.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the training of preschool professionals in higher vocational colleges,which includes such problems as unclear training objectives,excessive curriculum setting,and unitary teaching mode.There is a certain gap between it and job requirements for talents.The study analyzes the reasons from two aspects: institutions and preschool education students.It is found that the curriculum of higher vocational colleges is difficult,the curriculum is not closely related,and the practice quality is low.Lack of self-discipline and low professional identity among preschool students are also the causes of the problems.Therefore,the following Suggestions are put forward for the training of preschool professionals in higher vocational colleges.1.Improve the sense of responsibility and study consciousness of pre-school students in higher vocational colleges;2.Strengthening the link between school learning and socio-vocational requirements;3.Improving professional facilities.It is hoped that it can promote the development of the comprehensive quality of the students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges,and create a group of pre-school education talents who can better adapt to the work of pre-school education and have a great potential for professional development.
