One important force in promoting education informationzation should be teachers, and the education technology application ability of teacher is the guarantee of using technology effectively in teaching. Primary Chinese subject is one of the most mature subjects in China which carry out the combination of info-tech and course successfully, and research on the development strategy of Chinese teachers’education technology application ability in primary school have a good reference for the teacher of other subjects. This article selects Yinchuan21primary school as a case. Yinchuan21primary school is a typical school with high informationization level, but most of the school language teacher education technology application ability should be highly.This article, based on " Educational Technology Ability Standards for Elementary and middle schools Teachers "(CETS), systematically studies the current developing situation of the Chinese subject teachers’technology application ability through literature study, case study, questionnaire and interview method, etc.. Meanwhile, this article analyses the key factors which effect the improvement of education technology application ability of the teachers, including teachers’teaching concept, awareness of self development, basic technology us level, teaching design ability, teaching resources integration and application ability and teachers’organization and management ability in the information4-based teaching environment, etc.. Combined with the structure of primary school Chinese teachers’ education technology application ability model, this article puts forward some strategies in promoting the teachers’ education technology application ability to promote the development of primary school Chinese teachers’ education technology application ability strategy, including intensifying the special training, promoting the concept, strengthening teaching seminars, improving the design ability, practical teaching, improving application ability, carrying out the after-school reflection and promoting the development of introspective. Through this study, most Chinese subject teachers in Yinchuan21primary school have the preliminary ability of designing teaching system, and their teaching resources integration and application abilities has been further improved. They can find and take the initiative to study certain typical problems in teaching, and migrate the acquisitions of teaching methods in one type of lesson to the same type of teaching.
