Research On Educational Technology Training For Teachers In Rural Areas Of Guizhou

Development of Education Informatization in rural areas is theeffective measures to narrow the gap of urban-rural educationalmodernization, to promote balanced development of urban and ruraleducation, Teachers’ educational technology capacity are importantfactors in promoting the development of education informatization.Therefore, improving teachers ’ educational technology capacity inrural areas is crucial. This paper selected rural and urban primaryand middle school teachers in Guizhou province as the researchobject, survey the teachers’ educational technology capacity andtraining in rural and urban areas in Guizhou province. Researchpurpose is to provide strategies for rural primary and secondaryschool teachers in Guizhou province on education technical abilitytraining, to raise the level of rural teacher education techniqueability. Research content: The primary and secondary schoolteachers education technology ability standard (Trial Version)，teachers education technology related concept, learning theoriesand teaching design theory, the application of SPSS in the educationstatistics. Understanding of teachers’ education technologyability request, to design reasonable and effective questionnaire,to analyze the questionnaire data processing, find out the differences between urban and rural areas. Research methods mainlyinclude: literature research, questionnaire investigation,comparative research and mathematical analysis method.
