Factoranalysis Of Performante Evaluationmodels Andempirical Analysisbased Oncoalcorporate Social Responsibility

With the development of the society,the business environment has long been changed,more and more people are concerned about corporate social responsibility, at the same time,undertaking the social responsibility actively has become the community’s requirements.As our traditional energy sources,coal resources protect our country’s energy security,and it has always occupied more than70%in the field of one-time energy production and consumption,to support the development of the national economy.As our important basic energy industry,the coal industry has contributed to the economic development of the country,at the same time,the various social problems which caused during manufacturing operations can not be ignored, so people began to question the social contribution of coal enterprises.For example,over-exploitation of coal resources and resource waste,industrial accidents have occurred, the phenomenon of illegal employment can be seen everywhere,free of waste gas emissions and other environmental pollution are increasing.Lack of awareness of social responsibility is the main cause above phenomenon,and these social conflicts both for the state and the society or the business are unfavorable,so coal enterprises should actively take up the social responsibility.Coal enterprises not only have to bear the common social responsibility,but also should bear the social responsibility of the coal industry-specific, such as ensure safety, reduce energy waste and prevent environmental pollution and so on. To quantify the coal corporate social responsibility,through the study of coal corporate social responsibility in impact on the performance evaluation to achieve,which can not only strengthen the awareness of coal enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, but also provide theoretical basis for the future development of coal enterprises.This study is based on the domenstic and foreign corporate social responsibility performance evaluation studies,from the perspective of the stakeholders,combined with the status of China’s coal corporate social responsibility as well as the characteristics of the coal industry define the meaning of coal corporate social responsibility. Specifically,the responsibility for creditors, the responsibility for supplier,the responsibility for consumers,the responsibility for employees, the responsibility for shareholders,the responsibility for state, the responsibility for community, as well as responsibility for environmental,and in which extracting10meaningful representative indicators and combining with15indicators of coal enterprise performance evaluation to form a coal corporate social responsibility performance evaluation system.This paper uses factor analysis to evaluate the coal enterprise performance and combines the index of social responsibility and financial performance indicators,and uses factor analysis again,by comparing before and after the change in the two ranking to show the relationship between corporate social responsibility and performance evaluation,and combines with research results in recent years related to coal corporate social responsibility that between coal corporate social responsibility and performance evaluation have positive relationship.Finally,using the factor scores of18coal enterprises to cluster analysis,which can analyze the current situation of coal corporate to fulfill corporate social responsibility,and guide coal enterprises to improve and refine their social responsibility.In end of this article,according to the conclusions of this study to provide some policy recommendations for the future development of coal enterprises, this paper also pointed out there are many deficiencies in the study areas, suggestions for the future development of coal enterprises just as a business development reference.
