Classroom generative teaching is one of the core concept of the new curriculum reform. Generation is the summarization of the developed and variable process, and it is also the inevitable trend of development of modern education and the requirement of classroom teaching and students development. Generative teaching concept requires primary English teaching from teacher-centered teaching to student-centered teaching interaction, from the mechanical, rigid teaching to the open, truthful and flexible teaching, and teachers should Change status from the faithful believers into curriculum developers. Generative teaching philosophy reflects the teachers focus on student life activities and individual differences, the sublimation of the meaning of life, the liberation of personality and publicity. So the research of primary English generative teaching has very important theoretical and practical significance.The basic idea of generative teaching is to focus on individual students life, concerns the process of English classroom teaching and pay attention to the teacher-student interaction and generation, concerns the added value of teaching. Generative English classroom has the character of open, dynamic, interactive features; The teachers should highlight the open participation, dynamic creativity in the specific elementary school English classroom teaching operations, set the flexible teaching objectives, deal with the teaching content dynamically and adopt teaching methods effectively, regulate the teaching process scientificly to talk about the primary English classroom generative teaching evaluation, we should discard a single summative assessment, adhere to the concept and generate interactive teaching concept to guide evaluations, and it should service to the teaching objectives. We emphasize the principles of the integration of assessment and teaching. The contents of generative classroom assessment should include the dynamic interaction of the teaching process and the generative curriculum resources. In generative English class, generative evaluation strategy should focus on evaluation of the diversity, artistry, reflection and objectivity. Teachers could create a harmonious, open, democratic classroom through the design of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and other aspects.
