With the development of society, the world has entered the era of knowledge economy. In the knowledge economy era, new talents with self-innovation capacity and cooperation spirit are greatly needed. The society of the future, is one filled with learning and competition and will be based on the knowledge; and every citizen must learn how to learn, how to live and should be able to be independent, be cooperate and be armed with exploring spirits. the key factor for the success of those cultivation and training is transferring the students’ habit and learning method.The new curriculum also stresses that the ideological and morality course should pay enough attention to the individual differences and requirements, fully inspiring their subjective initiative and exploring spirit, advocating the spread of "self-centered philosophy of education cooperative inquiry approach"; the teacher should follow the principle of "students decide, inspire the class", directing the students to act according to the "self-centered philosophy of education cooperative inquiry approach" method, and make them "understand the study and life "Many schools have reformed the original learning method of the students, starting new practice in the "self-centered philosophy of education cooperative inquiry approach" method and applying new study method into the ideological and morality course, and that has made some difference.However, there is always space between the practice and the theory, the author has also found the some confusion during the process of practicing the method. Therefore, the author conveys study on this subject with the combination of his own experience and try to put forward some suggestion of improvement for the recent situation.The content include four parts:The first part discusses the necessity of this approach to learning "independent cooperative inquiry" approach to learning and the implementation of the ideological and moral teaching in junior high school;The second part describes several models "independent cooperative inquiry" learning ideological and moral teaching in junior implemented;The third part analyzes the "independent cooperative inquiry" learning in junior high ideological and moral teaching of the problems; The fourth part describes the "independent cooperative inquiry" learning in junior high ideological and moral teaching of the optimization strategy.
