After the success of the Olympic Games and the impact of post-Olympic era people at the same time meeting the material needs of their own quality of life, put forward higher requirements. Especially under the guidance of "people-oriented" concept of actively promoting and "sunshine sports",our school sports carry out in full swing. However,the data shows that sport is serious interruption.Due to transformation of society, social progress,it accelerates the worsening employment situation, as the backbone of the Physical Exercise Motivation socialist construction contemporary college students, self-concept, physical exercise adherence has caused great concern in the community.Based on this, the study using questionnaires and statistical methods in order to know" simplify Exercise Motivation Scale" and " Self-Concept Scale " as the measurement tools, selecting different colleges and universities in undergraduate school of arts and sciences professional students as subjects.In order to test the applicability of the questionnaire to students in Hubei regular undergraduates institutions, colleges and universities selected for the pre-college surveys; On this basis, in accordance with the requirements of the selected scales, measures and policies to be carried out style. This paper aims to study college undergraduate college of Hubei exercise motivation physical self-concept exercise influence persistence of sports. The results showed that:(1) healthy motivation, ability motivation, appearance motivation and social motivation in gender significant differences; social motivation and ability to motivation has a significant difference in the grades; ability motivation, social motivation and appearance motivations significant difference in students on the ground.(2) gender self-identification,there are significant differences in self-satisfaction and self-latitude physiology; there are significant differences in self-criticism grades latitude; the students on the ground, moral self, family self and self-identity significantly different latitudes.(3) health motivation, ability and motivation and fun sport there are significant differences in persistence. (4) family of self, self-satisfied, self-physiological, psychological and physical self and self-identity persistence differences.
