This research is mainly to explore the relationship between spontaneous sports organizations and exercise adherence. On the basis of analysis of literature,interview and date,the author compile the questionnaire of exercise adherence and the questionnaire of organization elements as the research tool.Exercise adherence questionnaire, including three dimensions (exercise behavior, work hard and emotional experience),the reliability of total table is 0.947; Fit index X2/df=2.896<5, CFI=0.945>0.9, GFI=0.901>0.8, RESEA=0.069< 0.08. Organizational elements questionnaire, the total reliability is 0.953,includes six dimensions(Members of the collaboration, convenient movement condition, efficient management, job involvement, external support, funding support).And the six members of the composition can significantly predict exercise adherence.The results show that the exercise adherence,exercise behavior, work hard and emotional experience has Significant positive correlation with members of the collaboration, convenient movement, efficient management, job involvement, external support, funding support.organizational elements have close relationship with exercise adherence.The higher organizational elements scores, the better exercise adherence it has.Regression analysis showed that the"convenient movement", "efficient management", "job involvement" is a significant predictor variable in the angles of group, can explain the dependent variable variance of 33.7%. "convenient movement","efficient management", "external support" is the significant predictor "behavior", can explain the behavior of variance rate of 29.3%., "Members of the collaboration" and "convenient movement" is effective predictors of work hard", can positively Predict the efforts of the group investment level, two factors on the interpretation of the variable rate was 27.2%. Regression analysis showed that the "convenient movement" and " job involvement" can explain 25.9% of the independent variable variance, as a significant predictor of emotional experience, and can positively predict the emotional experience level.To improve the member's exercise adherence, could focus on investment and construction of movement condition convenience ", "job involvement" and "effective management" from spontaneous group level. At the same time, the research has prediction effect on the development of spontaneous sports organizations. Through the scales,find the current situation and shortages, inventory measurement group exercise adherence and organizational elements present situation, found that the group at this stage, in order to adjust the focus of the construction of the organization, for the healthy development of spontaneous masses sports organizations to provide scientific guidance.In order to adjust the emphasis of the organization construction and provide scientific guidance for the of spontaneous sports organization.
